Mobility Development - Joint Strength - Body Control

FRC is a system designed to improve joint mobility and health.

People often confuse mobility and flexibility. Flexibility is the range of motion you have at a joint, whereas mobility is the amount of that range that you can control. Doing the splits is not mobility, being able to stand and lift one leg over head into the split position is.

The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximise their movement potential safely, efficiently and effectively. This will lead to being able to move better as we age meaning fewer niggles and injuries.
