Combining my years of Personal Training experience with my Foundation Training, Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC) and Anatomy in Motion (AiM) training, I develop tailored programs to get your body moving effectively and efficiently, helping you get out of pain and reducing your chances of sustaining repeated injuries.
Working with you one-to-one allows me to spend time really getting to know you and understanding your individual requirements. I do not offer a one-size-fits-all package, instead tailoring each session to your needs at that particular time.
